Our work with CISL combined institutional storytelling, interactive installations, and digital platforms. We designed and created a content ecosystem that thrives throughout the event (stand, direction, LED wall, touchless interactions). Beyond the event, the video, web timeline, and editorial assets ensured narrative coherence and technical reliability.

Celebration of 75 years CISL • Cinema Adriano, Rome

(April 30th 2025)

Planning

The planning phase for the event on April 30th required an integrated approach, where the historical narrative and the visual language merged into a coherent narrative regia. We curated the direction progettuale, setting the creative and technical lines of the celebratory video “75 years of CISL”.

Primary activities:

Definition of the “Force of Participation” concept as a driving force.
Coordination between CISL communication team, authors and historical archive.
Narrative writing with solemn tone but accessible.
Production planning: image search, voice over, post-production.
Monitoring of the workflow between video team, production and color correction.

Goal

Narrate 75 years of history with a cinematographic language that can evoke and inform.

Hardware Integration

The April 30 event included the use of a streamlined yet efficient broadcast control platform suitable for the reproduction of specific live content, including audio/video synchronization with the Cinema Adriano projection systems.

Primary activities:

Creation of coordinated graphics for the event timeline, including subtitles, overlays, animated compositions and audio/video stream.
Optimization of MP4 format to H.264 standard and projection in 4K and Audio and video synchronization with the Cinema Adriano projection systems.
Creation of content in specific 16:9 and 9:16 formats of short looping animations for the facility's monitors.
Real-time audio/video broadcast management with intercom technical communication.

Content Creation

The heart of the event on April 30th was the video celebration: an original production that combines archive, motion graphics and narrator Giulio Pastore.

Content created:

Narrative script in 4 acts (contextualization / foundation / conquests / future).
Digital selection and restoration of CISL archive materials.
Narrator registration with dedicated sound design.
Creation of graphic animations and titles in documentary-style storytelling.
Editing of test texts for communication and print material.

Result

A single-unit visual narrative projected in a room and subsequently distributed on a web platform and social media.

CISL Congress • Interactive stand, content creation and direction of the inaugural speech by Secretary Daniela Fumarola

(July 15th 2025)

Planning

The planning for the 15th July has required the definition of two parallel work lines: the interactive stand and Daniela Fumarola's live video contribution.

Primary activities:

Analysis of visitor flow and spaces in the congress area.
Functional design of a structure that contains a 6x3mt LEDWALL and the positioning of touchless sensors.
Definition of the LED-wall content layout (institutional + dynamic).
Coordination with the audio/lights team for the Secretary's main speech.
Calendarization and technical proofs with assistance on the field.

Goal

Create an integrated physical and digital experience, capable of valuing public participation.

"Le 10 tappe del coraggio della partecipazione"

Development and Programming

A custom web-based software has been developed for the real-time management of stand contents with automatic audio/video synchronization based on user interactions including an independent interactive questionnaire, anonymous and can be filled in independently by all visitors.

Primary activities:

Software Development of the web-based application "The 10 Stages of Courage and Participation", with interactive control of the 10 sections displayed on the LED-wall.
Development of multiple choice interactive “I Participate” questionnaire, with voting independent and anonymous of the participants using their personal smartphones.
Ultraleap sensor integration to manage touchless user interaction. With pre-programmed hand gestures, the user is able to swipe "forward and back" the 10 stages of participation displayed on the LED-wall.
Furthermore, an auxiliary device with 3 pedals has been set up with the same ones Ultraleap controller functions.

Content Creation

The event required a visual corpus with a graphic line coherent with the 75 years of CISL.

Content created:

HD motion graphics created with generative AI for LED-wall (claims, keywords, transitions) by Secretary Giulio Pastore.
Informative mini-clips on conquests and historical stages, guided by the voice and avatar of Giulio Pastore, recreated with the help of Generative AI and custom video editing techniques.
Animations and results of the "I Participate" questionnaire in real time, generated by selected inputs on visitors' personal smartphones through a QR Code permanently displayed on the LED-Wall.

Goal

Make CISL language alive and recognizable in a dynamic physical space and interactive to obtain a dynamic interactive experience, with high technical reliability with zero downtime during the intervention and the conference days.

Discorso inaugurale della Segretaria Daniela Fumarola

Media Realization

Olympos Hub has managed the production and broadcast of the inaugural speech of Daniela Fumarola, with synchronized video on the LED-wall 23×4,5 m.

Primary activities:

Content creation, generation of direction session in specific LED-Wall format 23x4.5m following an hour and a half of speech script from the Secretary.
Integration of institutional graphics and overlay text.
Synchronization of all audio/video and textual content with the selected points of the entire inaugural speech.
