Le Clarisse Cultural Center

The focus of the work in Clarisse was the creation of a digital environment, a so-called expanded website, with a triple function: an internal one for storage and management purposes, one directed to the public with communication and immediate accessibility purposes, and the third in direct dialogue with the physical structure of the museum, with the aim of mirroring and expanding, via web, the content on the site.

Getting to know the client to design better

We paid great attention to the first steps of the project, which corresponded to several meetings aimed at getting to know the customer's needs, ideas and expectations. In this cognitive phase, we requested and obtained a clear and direct dialogue, supported by intuitive shared connection tools, allowing all those involved to optimize time and avoid communication misunderstandings. Once we understood the client's intent, we designed the most functional structure for their needs and planned in detail the objectives and strategies to achieve them.

UI e UX (User Interface e User Experience)

Design and user experience (UX) are key elements in creating a website that is not only aesthetically pleasant, but also offers an intuitive and engaging user experience. At Olympos Hub, we focus on both aspects to ensure that the website meets users' needs encouraging interaction.

Content Management System

To make the website easily updatable and manageable, we have implemented a customized Content Management System (CMS). This CMS allows the customer to manage the content of the site independently even without having technical skills.

Audioguide system with automatic voice generation from Italian and English text

To enrich the user experience and offer accessible content to a wider audience, we integrated OpenTTS into the system for the automated generation of audio guides in two languages: English and Italian.

Content Creation

We created aluminum panels, designing the iconic communication of the instructions contained in them, the graphic design, choosing the most suitable material for the support and following their finalization, from printing to installation. Each panel is associated with an interactive tool in the museum and includes a QR code that provides further information on how to use the tool.

Video production

We realized two promotional videos for the Le Clarisse Cultural Centre, starting by creating storyboards and texts to ensure a clear and explanatory narrative. To the images, some of which were shot in the Le Clarisse Cultural Centre, we combined the recording of the professional narrative voiceover and music, giving depth to the video content. The realization of the audio and video content was followed by editing, color grading and the final rendering phase. All steps were carried out in-house by our team.

Creation of Virtual Reality Content

Inside the Museum, we have created a VR Corner. Museum users using the Meta Quest 3 viewer can explore a digital catalogue of works in virtual reality. We matched each work with a melody to highlight, in music, its artistic aspects. The creation of interactive, multimedia and immersive content enriches the user experience and the public engagement, supporting the communication and promotional needs of Le Clarisse.

Touchless workstation (UltraLeap)

We supplied and installed an UltraLeap 3Di camera with dedicated "TouchFree" tracking software and a Mini-PC, creating a touchless workstation for intuitive interaction with digital content.
